A joyful start to a lifelong love of learning

Relationships are at the heart of everything we do. NOVA is a warm and inclusive community where children feel safe, connected and celebrated. We work closely with families to ensure a smooth transition between home and school, and to support each child’s unique path.

From planting seeds in the garden, to painting with natural dyes, from storytelling and puppet play to peaceful moments in the book corner, each day at NOVA is rich with opportunities for growth, imagination and joy.

A thoughtfully designed hybrid approach

Our early years education is built on a unique hybrid pedagogy that blends the structure and independence of Montessori, the creativity and rhythm of Waldorf and the child-led, project-based exploration of Reggio Emilia. These are harmonised with a flexible and modern application of the British Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum. We have intentionally removed outdated and restrictive practices, offering an environment that adapts to the developmental needs of 21st-century children.

Holistic and
Individualized Learning

Our approach embraces holistic child development. Cognitive, emotional, social and physical development are nurtured equally. Children are encouraged to explore, express themselves and develop autonomy at their own pace.

Play-Based and
Experiential Curriculum

Play is central to learning in the early years. Through imaginative play, storytelling, music and hands-on activities, children make meaningful connections with their environment and with each other.

Community and
Collaboration

We cultivate a warm, community-oriented atmosphere within each group. Through structured activities and cooperative learning, children are encouraged to develop empathy, leadership and strong interpersonal skills, laying the foundation for confident and compassionate learners.

What age can my child start at NOVA?
We welcome children starting from age 2 into our Kindergarten and Pre-Primary program.

Our early years are based on a hybrid approach combining Montessori, Waldorf and Reggio Emilia, along with the British EYFS curriculum. This means your child experiences structured independence, creative expression, project-based learning, and age-appropriate academic foundations.

Play is at the heart of our early years education. We use imaginative play, exploration, music, art and storytelling to help children develop socially, emotionally and cognitively.
