Uniforms Return Policy
Free Return Policy
At NOVA, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you change your mind, you may return your school uniform items under the following conditions:
- Returns must be made within 7 days of delivery or collection.
- Uniform items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
- Items can be returned via any ACS delivery point or at any of the NOVA schools in Paphos or Limassol.
- Proof of postage must be obtained in case the parcel is lost in transit. Failure to provide this may prevent us from processing your return.
- Any damaged or faulty goods must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Please inspect items immediately upon receipt.
- We reserve the right to decline refunds if returns do not comply with this policy.
- Delivery costs are non-refundable.

Refunds & Exchanges
To be eligible for a refund or exchange due to damage:
- Email shop@nova.cy within 4 days of receiving your item.
- Return the item to us after receiving our confirmation.
- Upon receiving and inspecting the damaged item, we will:
- Ship a replacement (if available), or
- Issue a full refund if a replacement is not available.
Exchanges (Size/Model/Color)
To request an exchange, email us at shop@nova.cy.
Exchanges can be made free of charge at any ACS delivery point or at any of the NOVA schools in Paphos or Limassol, depending on stock availability.
Refunds (If Applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, a credit will be issued to your original payment method within 3 business days.
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card provider or bank, as processing times may vary.
- If after these steps you still haven’t received your refund, email us at shop@nova.cy.
Shipping
Please contact us before shipping any items for return or exchange.
The time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.
Lost or Stolen Packages
SGMS SUPERIOR LTD is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered to the address provided. Upon request, we will provide:
- Delivery confirmation
- Tracking number
- Carrier details
Customers are encouraged to follow up directly with the shipping provider for lost or stolen packages.
